This course is superb, especially if you are stuck in life and need a kick energetically. I was so far down in the dumps that everything seemed pointless, until a friend of mine recommended i do the star matrix, and it blew my head off, it was like a jump start.

I bought this book about three months ago, and was blown away by it on the first reading. What a fantastic concept, intelligently put forward, so inspirational! I held off writing a review back then because I've been excited about many self help techniques which ended up falling by the wayside. I wanted to know if there were long term benefits from Star Matrix. I can now say that it never left my awareness and profoundly changed the way I think about my life. Hence the review title. I am astonished to find how I used to view my life through a trauma lens that filtered out all the good experiences, and as a result, drew the wrong conclusions. This book has indeed changed my self concept and is continuing to do so.

I can't leave this review without also commenting on the changes that have occurred with colleagues at work, as well as family. Applying the focus on positive memories to conversations, to head off arguments, or simply set the tone for a meeting has been astonishingly successful.

Totally life changing, this really works incredibly well. My favourite part was the book of stars section where you input all the high positive start memories of the day, and then link them together. You then use them as a never ending source of star energy.

I would recommend this course if you want to stop living in the trauma train track patterns that are bringing you down and start living a blessed high energy state that will save your life.
