Simple and so versatile for self help and also to help you decide to take the step to the 3 day EMO Master Practitioner training 

In this workshop you will learn the basics principles of Energy, how to use your intention powefully to 'soften and flow' blocked emotions.

You will practice your new skill of transforming emotional energy and

• transform criticism and judgement to strength and power
• blossom in your self esteem and confidence with appreciation and praise energy
• and learn how to help yourself in the moment any where any time with EMO
• gain a new life skill which will serve you ever more for managing your emotions, stress and energy state

The workshop will take place at Coaching Cafe Alexandria. Advance registration required.

Fee: 1250le on the day, 1000le advnace registration. Includes training and attendance certifciate
