Problem with Signup for Modern Energy Foundation Course

I have the same problem like Jennifer Cruise: I am a member and I can't signup for the Modern Energy Foundation Course.
When I click on the button I get a pop up message saying that the country is missing?

When I am trying to signup via the course list, the want me to pay for the Course...
Please help. I asked last week, but got no answer.

Hi Mouna,

We are sorry to learn that you are having trouble with accessing the course. Please can I ask that you visit 'Account' at the top right right of the website, and then 'Purchases', here you should see the course listed and a link to go to the course page.

If this doesn't work please message me directly and I can look into this further for you.
