The Cell Activator - making the cells of your body HAPPY***. I have just used this clip made available by Silvia Hartmann on You Tube. I watched & tapped along. Very energising. Thank you doctor - for making it available. It would be a great clip to use with a relaxation/mediation / wellbeing group & a way to introduce some aspects of energy tapping. I would probably talk about the sue scale before running the clip - "How happy are the cells of you body right now?" "Let's see how that can change as well tap along with Silvia."
Can the clip be downloaded from You Tube for when there is no internet connection? I can usually find a large screen SMART TV to play it on. Or is there a pdf transcript available as a guide for doing a live presentation if the screen/internet connection are not available? I regularly do a group process on Wellness Days at a hospice in Harrogate, with up to 20 people. I work as a volunteer. The "Cell Activator" would be very appropriate to use with them. The group energy is always good when I work there.
