That Little Yellow Bell & How do I post on here

This is my third go at this. My little yellow bell, top line had 8 in red next to it. I checked it, a list of messages. Some showed they had not been opened. That said, I had acted on the information previously for some of these. Eg I watched Silvia's interview with Thornton Streeter on the night, accessing it from the email on the day. Irma Hudson showed up having posted but when I clicked on this I was told I do not have access. Why give me a message if I cannot access it? I have not noticed this happen before.
I have just typed up this question again. Twice it has not been sent/posted in the forum. This time I will copy & paste to Alex in another email!
