One of the features of the former Facebook groups that I liked the most was the ability to mention people. They'll then get a notification so can join in the discussion.
Well as of today, I'm pleased to report this feature is now available here to.
eg: Silvia Hartmann , Sandra Hillawi , Zoe Hobden ,
To tag a forum member, just type the @ symbol on your keyboard and start writing their name. You'll be shown a drop down box of forum members whom have a matching name. Just hit return when the member you want to mention is highlighted. When you submit your post, they'll receive a notification to have a look.
This works for posts and comments too. 😊
