Wed, 01 Apr 2026 12:31:57 +0100 topic:energy_in_motion:report:6966 https://goe.ac/methods/6966.htm 🌟 EMO Master Practitioner Training – March 2026 Pembrokeshire, UK (Online) This March, I had the absolute pleasure of guiding a wonderful group of women through the EMO Energy in Motion Master Practitioner training. Over 3 days, we explored what it truly means to work with the energy body - not through analysing stories, but through directly evolving the energy that is present in the system today. ✨ A shift beyond words From early on, it was clear this group were ready to go deep. One participant described the experience as: “Transformational… like a key that’s unlocked something.” Another said: “It’s transported us to another level of understanding… completely beyond anything I could have known before.” There was a shared sense that this work had broken new ground for them, even though they had previous energy awareness. Even those who had attended EMO before found this training to be: • deeper • more embodied • and completely new in its impact 🌿 Working with energy, not story A key principle of EMO is that we do not need to revisit or retell the past in detail. Instead, we work with the energy as it is being experienced in the present moment. Over the 3 days, participants worked with: • emotional patterns • beliefs and judgments • long-held energetic imprints • and also positive energy that needed to move As layers shifted, something very natural occurred… The system evolved. 💛 Connection and shared experience Although the group had not met before, a strong sense of connection developed very quickly. “We didn’t know each other before… but we feel we know each other on a different level.” This is something I consistently witness with EMO. When people work at this depth, connection naturally follows. 🌟 Moving forward, not looking back A beautiful shift that emerged across the group was this: Once the energy had evolved, there was no need to keep revisiting the past. Instead, attention naturally moved forward. As one participant shared: “It’s sort of gone… dealt with… you move on.” “We’ve done that one… what’s next?” Another said: “We uncovered depths… layers and layers. We cleared a lot… and also promoted our own potential.” This is where EMO becomes more than a technique. It becomes a way of evolving through life. 💫 Final reflections As a trainer, it is always a privilege to witness this work unfold. This group showed real openness, trust and willingness to go deep, and the results were tangible. By the end of the training, the shift in energy, presence and clarity was unmistakable, we all looked different too. Congratulations to each of you on becoming EMO Master Practitioners. This allowed us to explore, heal, transform, learn and practice EMO Energy in Motion in a relaxed enjoyable way and to enjoy each others company in community for longer.
