Positive Energy Training – 21st February 2026 This training deepened emotional capacity and practical energetic awareness in a grounded, embodied way - equipping participants with tools they can apply immediately. I recently delivered a live online Positive Energy training with a thoughtful and engaged group of participants. The intention of the day was to build strong energetic foundations - developing awareness of the Energy Chart, strengthening heart-centred presence, and learning practical techniques that allow emotions to be worked with safely and directly, without the need to revisit or retell personal stories. A central theme that emerged was a redefinition of “positive energy.” Rather than constant happiness, we explored it as emotional capacity - the ability to feel fully without becoming overwhelmed, to respond rather than react, and to remain expanded even when life presents challenge. One participant reflected on how entering high-pressure work meetings in a tense state was influencing outcomes, and how consciously shifting her energy beforehand could create openness rather than resistance. Another expressed relief at discovering that healing does not require analysing trauma in detail and that it is possible to soften the energetic imprint of an experience and access the wisdom within it. Throughout the day, confidence grew as participants experienced tangible movement on the Energy Chart and recognised that these tools are not abstract concepts but lived practices. By the close of the training, several described feeling calmer, clearer and more equipped to navigate both professional and personal situations. Feedback included: “This is such a powerful tool to navigate life.” “It’s refreshing not to have to analyse everything in detail.” “The treasure is the techniques we’re learning here.” “It has been so refreshing - no death by PowerPoint. The structure was amazing and really engaging.” “This has opened up something I always felt was there but didn’t know how to use.” Positive Energy provides more than techniques - it offers a framework for understanding one’s emotional landscape and building resilience from the inside out. For many, the day felt like discovering a key, not something external to strive for, but a key that had always been within reach. Unlocking a deeper understanding of their own emotions and energy system. In Hurghada this week the first Modern Energy Course: Positive Energy, took place live at Reflexiva Natural Health Centre. It was not only a first for Hurghada by the Red Sea but a first for me to do a live on location training after years working online since the pandemic. And it was wonderful. Hosted by Dr Carolina Gonzales we were a small group, with Dr Alfred Nabil and Enrica Piazzin. It was a wonderful 2 mornings. Starting with EMO and Energy Tapping on day 1 followed by SuperMind and Star Matrix on day 2 it was full of star moments. I was so delighted to see and hear how the magical journeys with SuperMind brought so much light and insights and how delighted they were to have these meaningful experiences. Then the visit to star memories to reveal and embody their truth and natural powers was the icing on the cake. It was great that we started with EMO as this helped them maximise their experience of high energy flow states on the 2nd day. They were all shining brightly in happiness at the end so I could understand their feedback : "'It was amazing", "Far beyond what I expected, fantastic"' and "Thank you so much Sandra" We ended with certificates and gifts and a feeling of deep satisfaction. Positive Energy Training – February 2026 This recent Positive Energy Training was delivered over four engaging sessions, focusing on building emotional capacity and practical application of the Energy Chart and Modern Energy Techniques. One early discussion centred on the common habit of “zipping up” or shielding for protection. The group explored how defensive energy patterns can actually drain life force, and how expanding the heart and increasing capacity offers a more sustainable and empowered approach. As one participant reflected, openness felt “a much more generous and safe place to be.” Throughout the training, participants worked with the -10 to +10 Energy Scale, observing measurable shifts in real time. Several reported moving from -3 and -4 into positive numbers within a single tapping round. Physical sensations such as warmth, tingling and energy surges were noted, alongside increased calm and clarity of thought. One participant shared: “It really made a difference. Something shifted.” Another reflected that each round of tapping moved things “a little bit more,” with the third round creating a noticeable breakthrough. A key takeaway from the course was that problems did not need to be analysed in detail. By working directly with solution-focused energy - such as patience, certainty, serenity, rhythm and love - participants experienced new perspectives emerging naturally. By the end of the training, there was greater steadiness, increased self-awareness, and confidence in applying the tools independently. A thoughtful and engaged group, and a pleasure to guide. All these modalities were used in the journey to become a Star Therapist. Step 2 Star Matrix Master, a 3 day journey to recover our star memories. I am so happy to have taught my first class as an official GoE trainer. Blessed to have been able to share the Positive Energy material over a few weekends with two of my friends Suzanne Carone and Rumyana Salvador. Both ladies are working moms who really needed some assistance with emotional wellness and energy balancing! We witnessed some miracles over the course of our time together and one of the moms even shares the Energy Chart with her kids. ❤️ I’m so happy to be amongst some wonderful trainers and professionals sharing Silvia Hartmann’s powerful work. Thanks to my trainer Sandra Hillawi for her constant love and support along my journey!

I am delighted to congratulate my first attendee of the Positive Energy Course, Mike Grant from Liverpool. I met Mike in 2005 when he came to a 1 day Emotrance course in Manchester (now EMO). When he booked the Positive Energy Course I wondered if it was the same Mike. He was astonished that I remembered him from all that time ago. Mike said he loved EMO and even remembered some of the stories I shared on the day! So, despite being only 1 participant I wanted to go ahead and it was really great to reconnect and then spend time raising energy with four powerful energy modalities. Firstly this is what Mike said: I recently attended the positive energy day course with Sandra and it was truly an amazingly nourishing and uplifting day, I felt like I was having a nourishing banquet of energy psychology delights skillfully facilitated by Sandra. It was a very powerful and moving experience and helped move my energy from my starting point (quite low and stressed) to much higher on the energy chart. I can still feel the effects today. This course is highly recommended, Thank you Sandra for this amazing positive energy experience. Mike Grant Here’s our journey .... The Sea of Yellow We started with EMO and Heart Power to relax and to warm up our energy. Then we started to add positive energy. Mike evoked a sea of yellow, a field of rape seed in bloom and this energy came in and flowed through him raising him up from a -2 to a +3. The Beach in Thailand Then we did Modern Energy Tapping, and this time Mike was back on a beach in Thailand tapping to receive all the nourishing energies of that happy memory, flowing through his body bringing him up to a +7 and I got up to a +8. The Magic Garden - SuperMind Then we went to SuperMind. That was awesome. We went on a trip into the magic garden which is like having a lucid dream but its a live 6 sensory experience. In what seemed a normal park with a meadow of flowers there was a huge old tree. Mike was drawn to the tree and reached out to touch the trunk, feeling the texture of the bark and smelling the wood. He entered into the most profound connection with this ancient being and received much wisdom and insights and a deep feeling of belonging. It was wonderful star moment, surprising for Mike, and awesome for me to facilitate this from my side. The Kindness of a child – Star Matrix Then after a break the finale was Star Matrix and we explored natural talents and abilities which lead Mike to two star memories. One where he demonstrates his kindness and ability to see others and how they are feeling and then do something to connect and make them feel welcome. This lead us back to a childhood star event where one day when he was low walking in the park, a youngster around 6 years old came over to say hi. This time it was the 6 yr old being able to see that he was low and acting out of the purity of love reached out to him to connect. It was quite emotional to revisit this moment and really take in the power of this simple act of kindness which had demonstrated how much kindness can make a difference and helped set him on his own path of being the kind and caring person he is. It was another wonderful session and at the end of this day we were both energised, happy, fulfilled and thankful for a wonderful day of positive energies. I highly recommend this course to anyone who needs a boost and who wants to learn simple tools to help uplift themselves up. Life is a lot easier with more energy! Mike, my first participant plans to go on to do EMO Master and Star Matrix and then Trainer Training in November. How awesome is that! He’s going to be an amazing practitioner and trainer! Project SuperStar was a pure Star Matrix based research project that had been on my mind and in my dreams for a long time - and it was amazing! I loved the variety of participants from all over the world and would like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU! for taking this leap of faith and doing something literally nobody in all times spent has ever done before, to find out what would happen if we did :-) What was particularly heartening to me was that in spite of the tremendous range of previous experiences, everyone made their Star Maps, Star Constellations and succeeded in having their own WOW moments. We discovered that a WOW! moment is a very specific energy experience in its own right, when Star Memories connect. It is the Star Matrix/SuperStar version of the healing event, the threshold shift, the energized end state - this is very advanced energy work, but instead of taking out energy blockages, Project SuperStar builds ENERGY BRIDGES that may have been missing for a long time. We discovered that Star Maps show us in black and white (or in multi-colour!) where there are clearly places where a Star should be - but it is missing. Finding those Missing Stars and adding them to the Star Maps was another source of serious WOW moments. We also worked with creating Star Maps for specific problems, or life long questions, or for topics that seemed "too vast" to approach in consciousness. This was particularly helpful for me because I do have such areas in my life and in my work, where, when I try to think towards them, they simply become overwhelming and I have to back away, shut down. For me, having now a direct method that I can employ for such things was a huge, huge gift. I have said many times that Star Matrix itself is overwhelming to me, with all its potential and potential applications; that is the perfect example of these overwhelming topics. Knowing that I can now make a Star Map with Star Matrix as the Star Seed, and in the creation of the Star Constellation will experience (must experience!) new connections, insights and WOW moments makes me happy and gives me new hope! We don't have to solve it, only evolve it! And that led us to the final topic - "Who or what are you?" Now that's a question, right? I am not going to say that we found out - but there was movement, there was evolution, a noticeable uplifting and most importantly, a way FORWARD in the right direction to find better answers than our current reality reduced, and often downright wrongly constructed, self concepts. We learned so much from the time we spent together and compared our experiences and I have no doubt that in 20 years from now, Project SuperStar will be right up there with those moments when a new level unlocked and we found important clues on our journeys of discovery. Really a fantastic experience for me; the participants said they enjoyed it too, brave adventurers one and all - so I am very, VERY happy with Project SuperStar and grateful for all the amazing insights and connections it created. Congratulations to this wonderful group of SuperMind Masters qualifying this month after a 12 week journey together which started last November. The new grads are David Ingvoldstad USA, Adrienne McAllister France, Julie Park Japan, Emily Pearson UK, Tanya Davies Australia and Terry Lynch USA....with me in Egypt, it was truly an international event! This format of taking the rich engaging course content week by week allowed much more time for practice, mastery of the skills and enjoyment of the community we had during the course. Julie Park said: "Thank you Sandra....my favourite study so far, but only because I’d done MetPro and EMO, so in actual fact a natural progression for me. Every chapter took my attention and gave so much to think about and delve into. The group was amazing, I really felt we were in the same room together but actually from all over the world. I hope we stay in touch. There are so many ways that I admire our teacher Sandra. She knows her stuff inside out and therefore teaches the syllabus from such a beautiful relaxed state, with some humour, anecdotes and observations of her own ongoing journeys into SuperMind. I most warmly congratulate the latest SuperMind Masters completing an amazing adventure to delve into and expand the mind, to harness infinite creativity, infinite solutions, infinite evolution, infinite learning, infinite insights,infinite antidotes for life's challenges, infinite magical fun! Welcome Elena Skripalev in Canada and welcome back Prabha Nagaraja in India taking the course again 12 months after her first adventure, with me in Cairo... we really spanned half the globe! To Elena, SuperMind is a new skill set for personal expansion and life solutions, and as a Coach a great new modality to bring her clients into their own mind journeys, to bring imagination to life, to evolve, explore and bring genius solutions and insights into the physical world. To Prabha, SuperMind was life changing 12 months ago and now taking the trip again, a deeper richer adventure with many evolutions and learnings took place this week. All three of us has star moments through the week, it was magical, it was fun, and it was food for the soul.... a much neglected part of ourselves which SuperMind gives us access to connect, nourish and care for. I look forward to ongoing meet ups with these fabulous Transformation Coaches and wish them happiness as they share with others and bring soul power and infinite creative solutions in our own virtual reality to the lives of many ❤ My next SuperMind Masters Training is planned for May 2021.
