Modern Stress Management Workshop with Gulay Gecu

'Enerji EFT ile Sağlıklı Beslen' atölye çalışması, yeme bozukluklarına modern stres yönetimi temel prensipleri açısından bakmayı amaçlayan bir çalışmaydı. 25 kişinin katıldığı bu çalışmada, 'duygusal açlık' duyduğumuz durumlarda, yemek yerine tapping yapmayı öğrendik. SUE ölçeği ile, enerji beden stres tablosunu ölçmeyi ve enerji bedenimizi sürekli pozitifte tutarak, yeme ataklarımızı önlemeyi öğrendik.
