I had a personal Star Moment of so much gratitude, it was like an enormous wave that washed me away for a moment. Wow. I didn't even know I could feel anything like that! So much for all the people who've called me "ungrateful" in the past. I don't know if my aspects ever were, as there were many incidences of intense gratitude discovered during my Star Matrix journey, but after that, I now know for a fact that I can experience real gratitude. Not the fake version, the real thing. And oh my! is it uplifting and healing. Star Matrix is not just the way, but the super easy way to gratitude. The way Modern Energy (EMO Energy In Motion) handles the invisible energy system is structurally different from the ancient oriental approaches, based on a different understanding of human intelligence and learning. Also, every person't energy body is already entirely unique at the moment of conception, and becomes more and more "personalised" with every life experience thereafter. In short, NO MAP of anyone's energy system has ever been drawn, or could ever be drawn. I hold that we need to address the living energy body of every real person in real time, so we are dealing with what's actually really there. This is probably what makes Modern Energy so much more effective, as well as saving 30 years of sitting in the basement of a temple, rocking and back and forth. Which I consider to be a bonus! :-)

Digital energy art is such a gift - infinite possibilities in energy! *When a picture jumps out at you, stop the video and energy tap or EMO the energy.* I'd love to know what you chose and how that was! Instructions for newbies in EMO (Energy In Motion):
- Make the picture as big as you can. - Where do you feel this in your body? Show with your hands. - Find the path from where it enters your body all the way through to where the energy flow exists. - Encourage the energy flow with your hands and your attention so it flows FAST all the way in, through and out. - Notice how that makes you feel, and also any thoughts/spontaneous insights you have had. Energy tapping instructions: - Make the picture you've chosen as big as you can. - You don't need to make a Set Up. - Very gently tap each point, breathe deeply, and notice what you can feel where in your body as you do this. - Also notice what thoughts/ideas come to you on each point. - At the end, take the entire energy from the picture you chose into your heart. This is such lovely energy "work," it reaches the parts of us that words don't get to, and it's also brilliant practice for learning more about your own energy body, where the pathways are, and how you can feel them. The "Dragon Story" is a Project Sanctuary (SuperMind) creativity pattern, whereby instead of stuffing a story in from the outside, we let a story unfold from within a person. It came about when a child asked me to tell them a story. I have a billion stories to tell, but so does the child, and I was in the mood to hear a story I had never heard before. So I asked the child, "What kind of story would you love?" - and the child told me. I would offer this basic creativity pattern to the poor stressed people in the mass media production departments, who cannot think of anything new and keep cannibalising old stories in their desperation. This pattern does not consist of asking a random child for a story (although that would work too and help!), but to ask yourself, what story would I like to hear right now? What would have to be in it? What should not be in it? ... and thus generate something real, something personal, something interesting for a change. On the topic of creativity patterns, this one here is also really good fun to try. There's a story to go with it. A story the re-purposers of other people's creative output should hear, at least once in their lives. All the steps to make the Layer Cake Love Charm are clear; for people with even a modicum of energy intelligence the purposes and benefits are clear, it is immediately obvious it could be any shape and for any topic, in any colour, any layerable material. Less than one minute for the whole thing to be "learned"? Fascinating, really. What are we doing spending years on studying certain things? Could that be massively expedited if we we went with what works with human intelligence? We may well wonder ... I certainly do!

In 2018, I finally got over my "being on video" reversals and recorded the Modern Energy Art (MEA) Course. One of the Units is about making Story Boards, and when it came to recording an example, this is what came to mind :-) CREATIVITY is ... of the essence to live a happy life, to CREATE something of value, and "art" is so much more important to developing as a human being than people would ever know. I could talk about this for hours, weeks, months, years, a lifetime - but instead, I have a story board to explain "my life in art." This one thing I would like you to know and take away from this is: Without all the art, there would never have been all the breakthroughs that were needed to create Modern Energy itself. Art is not just important, but when we do it right, it's probably the key to solving humanity's most urgent problems. There is a magical artist in every human being; connect with the child that loved the colours, was fascinated by the moving clay; and saw the world in a much more inclusive way. The reason I'm posting this today is a Star Matrix thing - that magic moment when the song "Stillness" came to me, in Germany, in 1987. I was so surprised that I could "write a song," that I would know how to do that. A Star Experience, a Star Memory - and there's nothing wrong with the song, and I couldn't do it any "better" today than my aspect did it back then. Connecting with the Star Moments of our lives is truly a magical experience; connecting with our past aspects NOT in the old trauma way for a change, but when they did and experienced and LIVED something amazing, something wonderful - well, it's a full on incarnation saver, and it really is. In 1987, I was still doing animal behaviour full time, and I love that this very rare photo has the sweatshirt with the animal logo and my name on it!
Perhaps this story, this video or even this song will trigger some of your own Star Memories for you; will inspire and encourage you to connect with your own very real "magic" aspects, who did such marvellous things, and start learning the real truth about your own life, and who you really are. Some anti-stress methods just work better than others - fast, quick and profoundly effective, The Rock of Ages gives us literally something to hold on to in moments of crisis. Additional notes for professionals:
- The Rock of Ages story. It's simply THE TRUTH about the pebble in your pocket, and by telling this sincerely and with intent, we set up the conscious connection between the little pebble and the rest of the material universe. You need to do that for it to work as well as it can work. Have a jar of simple pebbles in your treatment room and give one to each client; plus encourage them to pass on THE STORY to others. - The Rock of Ages is not Dumbo's magic feather. It's real in every sense of the word; and when you tell the STORY, remember to point out that pebbles and little rocks are absolutely EVERYWHERE, you can find them in any environment, and they are ready to help at any time. This is important because the person/child may find themselves distressed in an environment, and their attention may be drawn to a pebble, and they REMEMBER the STORY of the Rock of Ages and be soothed by it in the future. - It is the STORY that is "the gift," not the rock/pebble. A personal note. I "invented" or found this method of moving "thought energy" in 2003. I have used it on so! many occasions ever since, it's been one of the most useful, soothing and practically effective methods to stop oneself from obsessing about people, things, fears, whatever, I have ever used. It's just brilliant, it's quick, it's easy and gets better with practice. The ability to "send away annoying thoughts" in and of itself is priceless, but the totally unexpected side effect that it can lead to spontaneous SOLUTIONS "coming to mind" on top, wow, that's what makes Thought Flow way beyond some little meditation thing to take your mind of your problems. It's a fascinating application of taking energy seriously, and our abilities to move energy or encourage the flow of energy in our living energy bodies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I originally recorded this story spontaneously for the Star Matrix students, then I thought, the Modern Energy Art students might find this beneficial too, and then I thought, really, everyone needs to hear this at least once! So here it is - the triumph of the bad drawings. It really is all about ENERGY - get the ENERGY right, and you're on the right track, right on the money, on the right path - congruency achieved.
The "Star Stories" - stories of personal moments of enlightenment, or AHA! if the term enlightenment scares you :-) - are at the heart of Star Matrix. I look forward to share more Star Stories of my own, and those of other people, in the future. I believe that our true life stories are precious - of course they are the treasures and riches of our own life time, but they are also precious because we can pass on inspiration and ideas that way, in that human way, that nothing else can match. Hand Tapping is a great way to bring Modern Energy Tapping into our daily lives. We don't need a long session, we can bring positive energy in at any time we need it, and raise energy even more when we're already happy, too. Quick and simple!
If you are a professional, please teach this to your clients. It is far more likely to be remembered than doing a complete session of Energy Tapping in the real world. And it really helps to make that switch to think about what Positive would raise energy and change the way you feel right now.

I'm uploading this video bec. a lot of people still don't know about Energy Events (aka Events Psychology), starting with the Guiding Stars, the high positive events that directly cause addictions, philias and fetisches, as well as all looping/repeating behaviours.
All of these are not caused by trauma, but by Guiding Stars; and there are all sorts of other types of events, NOT JUST BLOODY TRAUMA. There is a total brainwashing that has gone on for a hundred years in Modern Society that everything that's wrong is caused by trauma, and that's just not true. Further, this myopic obsession with TRAUMA has created a trauma based industry and a trauma labyrinth from which there is no escape. Clearing trauma alone can't change your life for the better. Constantly questing for yet more trauma to clear is an endless labyrinth that will drive you crazy if you do that for long enough. The "Events Line" Visualisation/Meditation is helpful to break us out of that trauma trap and consider our lives from a far more reasonably and rational perspective. I'd like to add that the only time it is really advised to work with trauma is when there are trauma flashbacks, trauma dreams or triggered responses in normal life. That is the indication that trauma needs to be treated. If you do NOT have traumatic flashbacks, you need to consider doing something other than "seeking for ever more childhood trauma" to explain the problems in your life. Something I would advise is to spend some significant time with your POSITIVE MEMORIES and explore them. To balance your book of life, as it were, and get more of an idea what your life was really all about. It's not and never was "only about the trauma." During a Modern Energy Tapping Session, a person said they "would need a personality transplant" to ever overcome their great problem X. We figured out that what was needed was an UPGRADE instead. Where did Modern Energy come from? Find out in this short excerpt from the 2017 GoE Trainer's Training.
Modern Energy has its origin in Silvia Hartmann's research into the cause for Rage Syndrome in domesticated animals. She discovered that social mammals (at least) exchange an "invisible something" that drives their behaviour and their emotions. People are social mammals too. Her original research was repressed and never published. She went on to create the foundations of Modern Energy based on the structural information about how mammals work.
