In this story, one participant found a spiral shell resting quietly on a beach.
At first, nothing dramatic happened. The shell simply waited.
Rather than rushing the experience, the traveller stayed with it and gently ran a finger along its spiral. With every movement, a subtle energy began to gather.
The spiral glowed.
A funnel of light formed above the shell, rising into the sky in streams of gold, turquoise and starlight.
The traveller stepped into it.
The energy wrapped around the body and lifted the traveller gently from the beach. There was no fear, only a growing sense of aliveness, freedom and healing.
Higher and higher the traveller rose, while the sea shimmered beneath and the stars opened overhead. Even the traveller's hair began changing colour as the energy flowed through it, reflecting the transformation taking place within.
Nothing had needed to be forced.
The shell had not been an object to solve. It had been an invitation to slow down, connect and allow the next movement to reveal itself.
The traveller continued rising through the luminous funnel, carried by an energy that had been waiting patiently to help.
