By the end of the course, you’ll have the skills and confidence to practice as a Certified Star Therapist.

2. Is Star Therapy a stand-alone technique, or do I need other therapeutic skills?

Star Therapy is a stand-alone method. The course provides everything you need to begin working as a Star Therapist. However, what makes it unique is its flexibility: you are free to blend it with other modalities and skills you may already have.

3. What about trauma healing – will I need other techniques like tapping?

No additional techniques are required. Star Therapy itself provides a structured framework for working with both positive and trauma memories. While some therapists may choose to integrate other tools (such as tapping) if they already use them, this is entirely optional. The course equips you with the specific methods and patterns within Star Therapy to support clients effectively, including in trauma healing contexts.

4. What are the required readings, and when should I complete them?

The required texts are:

You don’t need to complete all of them before the course begins. The training is structured so that you will have time to work through the reading alongside each phase of the course.
