StarLab Project Avatar

StarLab Project Avatar

The word avatar originates from Sanskrit, derived from the term avatฤra (เค…เคตเคคเคพเคฐ), which means "descent" or "incarnation." In Hindu mythology, an avatar refers to the earthly incarnation of a deity, most commonly associated with the god Vishnu, who descends to Earth in various forms (e.g., Rama, Krishna) to restore balance, combat evil, or fulfill a divine purpose. The term combines ava ("down") and tฤra ("to cross or descend"), emphasizing a divine being taking on a physical or mortal form. In Project Avatar, this divine being is you.ย

"I believe that every human being, in their totality, is entirely unknowable; that we are more - more complex, more beautiful, and more amazing than anyone can comprehend, reflecting the Great Creative Order itself, much like monotheistic religions view God as too vast to capture in any image.
This "unknowable amazingness" is the touchstone of my work. By bringing people back to their amazingness and seriously exploring it, we will uncover infinite treasures and riches, transforming many things, bringing about a rEvolution for all human beings."ย

The AVATAR concept in the context of Project Sanctuary is like opening a portal to infinite possibilities!

The idea of stepping into any identity โ€” human, mythical, animal, elemental, or even abstract โ€” within the Sanctuary realm is a game-changer. Itโ€™s like wielding the ultimate creative and transformative power, tapping directly into the Energy Mind to explore, heal, or evolve in ways that linear thinking canโ€™t touch.

The mind-blowing part is how this freedom to embody anything can reshape your inner narratives and ripple outward into practical, real-world change.

StarLab Avatar was a wonderful 4-session adventure in Sanctuary to redefine who we can be. We evolve our idea of self by creating new avatars with the transformative power of our very own dear Energy Minds, to break free from limiting life patterns, and ignite profound growth through playful, transformative exploration - expanding into our infinite selves!

StarLab Avatar Sessions Summary

This summary covers a series of StarLab Avatar sessions, exploring the concept of avatars, expanding self-concepts, and applying these insights to personal evolution and real-world interactions. The sessions guide participants through a unique method of interacting with their "autogenic universe" by embodying different forms and perspectives within Project Sanctuary.

Segment 1: Introduction to Project Avatar and Initial Exploration

  • Purpose: Project Avatar aims to facilitate personal evolution directly through new experiences, rather than solely by addressing problems. It involves participants stepping into different forms of themselves within Sanctuary to expand or loosen their self-concepts.
  • Concept of Avatar: The concept of an avatar is drawn from Buddhism, where a vast, indescribable God creates "aspects" of itself, called avatars, to communicate with humans. In these sessions, participants act as "the unknown being greater than the human mind can comprehend," entering Sanctuary as an avatar (a different shape of themselves).
  • Initial Avatars: Participants chose various forms for their first avatar experience:
    • A many-handed being, for increased efficiency and control, especially with multiple tasks.
    • A mole, embodying quiet, effortless tunneling, and providing a sense of safety and peace underground.
    • A "Teflon man", allowing for non-reactivity, protection from external influence, and feeling safe and comfortable amidst crowds. This avatar later evolved to be flexible, allowing connection with others while still providing protection.
    • A fish, experiencing deep support from water, a sense of group connection within a school, and three-dimensional awareness. This led to insights about "Mind Links" and freeing the mind from mundane tasks.
  • Early Insights: These initial explorations highlighted benefits such as increased task speed, finding companionship, feeling unaffected by judgments, and a unique understanding of support and collective movement.

Segment 2: Diamond Mountain and Expanded Perspectives

  • The Place of Becoming: A key setting introduced is a crystalline Diamond Mountain, described as pointy with a platform, allowing participants to stand in a powerful stream of energy connecting heaven and earth. From this vantage point, one can see forever and perceive all "lands" or "worlds" of Sanctuary, offering "endless possibilities".
  • Expanding Human Form: Standing on the Diamond Mountain, participants are encouraged to open additional senses, like eyes at the back or sides of their heads, and to breathe with every cell, building up so much energy that their human shape cannot contain it, leading to a natural evolution of their form.
  • Evolving Avatars: Participants transformed into new forms on the mountain:
    • An octopus, with eight limbs for guiding and working, often associated with building "Atlantis under the sea".
    • A bubble being, characterized by flexibility, the ability to coalesce or separate into small bubbles, and a sense of every cell breathing.
    • A glowing star/star beacon, a pulsing energy field without a physical body, representing pure energy and giving/receiving.
    • A knight in shining armor on a shining horse, wielding a huge sword.
    • A dolphin, evolving from the fish idea, using bubbles as tools and toys, and demonstrating 360-degree awareness.
    • A wizard, with an apron and jars of water/potions, engaging in "energy alchemy" and making magic.
  • New Entry to Sanctuary: The Diamond Mountain provides a new "avatar pattern": starting as a pure ball of consciousness on the mountaintop, scanning Sanctuary landscapes, and then swooping down into a chosen habitat to manifest as an avatar. This allows for a deeper understanding of one's "autogenic universe".

Segment 3: Playing in God Mode and World Interaction

  • God Mode Concept: Building on the expanded self-concept, participants engage in "God mode" where they become "a God" (not "the God") in their Sanctuary. This involves ascending a crystalline mountain, expanding into a God-like shape, and having Planet Earth (their "world" or "autogenic universe") floating beneath them.
  • The World Game: In God mode, participants can do "whatever you want" with their world, changing it in any way, with a "reset button" available if actions go wrong. This exercise highlights that even as a God in Sanctuary, one operates within the "rules of the great creative order" (e.g., moving Earth too far from the sun results in an ice age). This provides learning without real-world consequences.
  • Manifestations of God Power: Examples of interactions in God mode included:
    • Experiencing a "bubble storm".
    • Becoming small and "eating" psychedelic mushrooms, leading to a "nuts" experience.
    • Becoming "lightning bolts" to send projections of oneself to different times, dimensions, and spaces, allowing for multiple consciousnesses at once.
    • Having the superpower to touch a group of people's hearts simultaneously, raising their spirits.
    • Becoming "wind" that everyone breathes, offering an "interesting solution to the problem of affecting all of the world at the same time".
  • Practical Applications: The "puppy, puppy, puppy" technique for shifting dog behavior and applying this concept to human interaction (engaging the "six-year-old inside" or projecting positive expectations) was discussed as a real-world parallel to the avatar's influence, noting that people often adjust their personalities to match expectations. Energy work with animals is noted as a "gold standard" for untainted feedback due to animals not lying or hallucinating.

Segment 4: Deepening Understanding and Real-World Application

  • Self-Concept Expansion: The core lesson reiterated is that human self-concepts are often too small and limiting, hindering capabilities. Project Avatar aims to expand these by treating oneself as an "extraordinary multidimensional being".
  • Sanctuary Limits and Learning: Sanctuary, even in God mode, operates within the "rules of the great creative order," providing feedback on actions. This is seen as a positive, helping to establish a more realistic sense of one's place in the universe by showing where limits are.
  • Practical Uses of Avatar:
    • Experimenting with Limits: Avatars provide a safe way to explore different entities' limits and bring insights back to the "hard" (physical world).
    • Bypassing Programs/Installations: The avatar state can temporarily bypass ingrained mental programs or "installations," offering new perspectives.
    • Adaptive Manifestation: The ability to manifest as different avatars allows one to adapt to environments or situations without changing one's core self (e.g., channeling "paternal Gothic energy" when needed to resolve conflict). This is akin to a "brand" in social media or a survival strategy in challenging circumstances, allowing one to manifest the needed persona without altering authentic self.
    • Enhancing Perception: Experiencing the world through different avatar senses (like a dolphin's 360-degree awareness or a mole's underground senses) can bring new understanding to one's ordinary life, helping to break out of a "flatland" perception.
  • Diamond Mountain as a Consciousness Channel: The practice of quickly ascending to the Diamond Mountain ("breathe in, hop to the top") is proposed as a way to establish a "standing channel" connecting one directly to their "higher self" or "soul," bringing fresh energy and a sense of being at home in oneself into daily life. This is suggested as a method for daily "energy work" and connecting with one's totality.

Overall Summation

The StarLab Avatar sessions offer a profound journey into expanding self-concept and understanding one's true capabilities as a multidimensional being. By engaging in Project Sanctuary as avatars, from simple forms to God-like entities, participants learn to access higher states of consciousness, experiment with different ways of being, and gain practical insights into influencing their "autogenic universe" and real-world interactions. The core message is that humans are amazing inventions with immense, often untapped, potential, and playing with avatar concepts can unlock new pathways for personal evolution, resilience, and a deeper connection to the universal order. This process encourages participants to challenge conventional limitations of self-identity and embrace a more fluid, powerful understanding of who they truly are.
