EMO Clears Anxiety Of Visiting A Friend

My client’s new to EMO; she’s off on holiday tomorrow and feels nervous about spending time with the friend she’ll be staying with.

 

So, there’s my client, our Skype connection and a 45 minute session dealing with the issue at hand… read how it all turns out!

I start the session with a 5-10 minute overview of what EMO is, namely:

  1. How EMO was created.

  2. Basic ‘beliefs’ or presuppositions.

  3. What the session entails/how it will work.

I find this is a great way to get a client on-board; it seems to put the conscious mind at ease, reducing any resistance to ‘softening and flowing’, thus increasing the session’s effectiveness.

The session

 It begins with some regular breathing, just to get the client ‘into’ her body and then a couple of showers of innocent energy to help prepare the energy system for what’s to follow.

I ask my client to think about what’s worrying her regarding the trip she’s about to take; she starts to speak out loud and so I invite her to put her ‘concerns’ into a bubble (thoughtfield), so as to get it all ‘off her chest’, ready for processing; she’s a little hesitant about ‘facing’ the energy, so I suggest she processes it a little bit at a time.

She takes a mouthful of the bubble, as if eating it and it hits her stomach; a little softening and flowing has it moving down and out between her legs with ease, and the remainder moves down her arm and exits via her fingers. She takes in a little more of the bubble; it quickly travels from her chest to her mouth. Her system seems to be processing this energy with ease and so she takes in the entire bubble (thoughtfield); it hits her stomach and moves out between her legs.

 She takes in the entire bubble again, in order to get the energy running through her system as cleanly as possible; it runs from her throat and out her nose; we do it again and it goes from her collarbone to between her legs. Another whole ‘gulp’ sees it move from her brain out her left eye… then from her right ovary to her cervix.

It’s amazing to see how the energy seems to be clearing her whole energy system, body part by body part. We do an ecology check: the energy is running and leaving her system very fast i.e. 9/10, where 10 is very fast and 0 is completely stuck. My client “feels ready for anything that happens on holiday.”

 With her energy running so clearly, I decide to take her through some specific scenarios to make sure we clear any potential blockages; I ask her to think about:

  • Going to the airport.
  • Being met by her friend, on arrival.
  • Her friend going straight into ‘outpouring mode’… telling her about all the things she’s struggling with and expecting my client to sort it out for her; a little bit of energy gets stuck in her heart, then throat and finally exits her mouth.

Having cleared the above, I do another check using the whole concept of ‘the trip’; it hits her solar plexus and then exits her mouth.

I want to be thorough so I get her to run the whole trip, through her mind, as a movie: from the moment she’s leaving her home until she’s arrives back. She plays the movie until some energy gets stuck and then stops to clear it; once she’s done this she re-runs the movie, clearing as she goes along. She’s gets further into the movie each time she runs it.

By the time she’s run it through with zero disturbances, she has a big beaming smile on her face and declares: “That was one mad trip!” Her energy is running 10/10.

 With that we close the session with more innocent energy, leaving her refreshed and ready to go!
