Energy EFT is the greatest gift to any clinical EFT Tapping Practitioner. It gives that extra element for the tapping to be made more gentle and yet effective.
I see clients who have never heard of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), as well as clients whose knowledge of tapping is limited to one-size-fits-all online videos and generic scripts. As a result, they may be unfamiliar with the essential specificity of effective EFT.
Energy EFT introduces a vital technique that makes all the difference: conscious breathing after each tap. Everyone understands taking a deep breath, taking a breather, or calming breathwork. Breathing bridges the gap between what clients already know and the effective application of EFT tapping. Crucially, the breath provides the inner space needed to process emotional shifts in real time.
The simplest application of Energy EFT is guiding the client through a gentle tap-and-breathe sequence while connecting directly to their specific issue and tuning into where it manifests physically in the body. By encouraging the blocked sensation to dissipate and release outwards, energy naturally flows upwards through the primary chakras — from the solar plexus to the heart, throat, and crown - leaving the client centred, safe, and calm.
