Why Retrain You Brain?
What holds you back from eating the way you intend is not the diet, nor the circumstances you are in, but your feelings, impulses and temptations. You probably know what you should be eating, but good intentions are sabotaged time and again.
The answer is not to give up or choose yet another diet, but to address what's causing the problem - your own brain.
This morning workshop Retrain Your Brain for New Eating Habits is designed for both men and women who wish to make significant changes to their eating patterns. It is not designed for people who are underweight or those with diagnosed eating disorders.
