Monthly Information Meet ups with Lorna Firth

Lorna will be giving a presentaion  and mini workshop at a meeting of the Longside Ladies club. She will be explaining about how Modern Energy helps relieve/alleviate stress. This will be followed by a an interactive workshop with the members using MET and EMO 

The event will be held in Longside Parish Hall, Longside, Peterhead - Tuesday 5th July 7-9
