Magical EFT!

The Power of Positive EFT -  This Case Story is from our Distant Learning Student Suheyla Pinar Alper

This is the account of my experience with a 53 year old professional I saw about a month ago, complaining of intense anxiety, fear of death and panic attacks. He said it all started about five months ago when he decided to retire and work free lance. Since then, he gradually developed insomnia, foggy thinking, followed by panic attacks and complained that he could not focus on what he was doing, let alone, do serious work as a free lancer.

This was the first time I used positive EFT and he left overjoyed, relaxed.

As we started, he did not want to give any details about his private life. I told him he did not have to. For the first hour, I listened attentively to his complaints and took some notes. Then, we started doing EFT, focusing on his complaints, in his own words. When we were tapping on his retirement his eyes filled with tears, as he said he was extremely anxious about financial problems. In short, he needed money for his family, for his living.

After a few rounds about his anxiety and his fears, i asked him what was his immediate need at this moment, and we started tapping on 'feeling secure'. The brightening up of his face was something to be seen, as I suggested on tapping "more secure' and 'even more secure'. I observed the same change as we tapped on "more money" and "even more" and "even more than I need", by the end he was actually giggling :) We both were :)

Yesterday he called in to thank me, telling me that his heart felt so much lighter, that he could focus on his work now..This is the magic of EFT..It works..Positive EFT is a magical tool. Thank you Silvia Hartmann!
