Turkey Member Support Manager

Responsibilities would include:

• Liaising with, working with and reporting back to GoE Global Member Support Manager (GMSM) Zoe Hobden
• Communicating with GoE members and members of the public in Turkish on behalf of the GoE
• Translating documents, news and key information from English into the Turkish language
• Help organise a monthly email newsletter in Turkish
• Answering questions from members and the public, or referring on to the GMSM
• Being a point of contact for the media within Turkey and to help arrange interviews and articles
• Helping train, educate and offer advice to GoE practitioners and trainers
• Checking that GoE practitioners and trainers are following policies and procedures
• Contacting members who need to renew their GoE subscription
• Helping to promote member's events on social media or by offering advice
• Communicating back to the GoE feedback from members
• Liaising with our printers within Turkey
• Being a point of contact within Turkey for ordering GoE certificate seals
• Helping to organise occasional GoE events
• Helping out with global GoE promotions
• Being a part of the Guild of Energists HQ
• Helping to grow the field of modern energy within Turkey

You will need to submit a monthly invoice by email to GoE Accountant Claire Kenyon and remuneration will be made at the beginning of the month, ideally by PayPal, but we can also look into other methods.
