Success at Susan Kennard's PTSD Training!
Last Sunday saw the first ever GoE accredited PTSD Training by Susan Kennard in Battle, East Sussex. Here Susan summarises the day and describes what an honour it was!

After an incredible day teaching my The Heart and Soul of PTSD training, I feel amazingly energised. This was a training put together for professionals who either want to work with trauma or do so already. I had a combination of a Chiropractor, reflexologist, EFT practitioners and those that work in the counselling field. The day combined understanding the early primitive brain triggers from the flight, fight or freeze response that can cause PTSD symptoms. The research I have put together with my work with veterans and a greater understanding of who we are spiritually. We used EFT and my very own techniques, Colour energy healing, The Emotional Wall, Time Travelling with your inner child and Healing Hearts to clear the root cause for the trauma symptoms. I am honoured to teach this course and even more honoured that my techniques will be used with those who suffer from PTSD. The group were amazing and we all had fun. I am already writing my next course for spring/summer 2014.
