AMT Trainer Cathy Dixon has come together with psychotherapist Aisha Ali to create a new weight loss and maintenance programme - The Beautiful Mind and Beautiful Body Programme. The weekly sessions include working with and combining energy psychology techniques such as EFT and Chi Kung, along with Psychotherapy.

When the mind and body exist in a supportive and loving
partnership, we look great, feel better and radiate confidence
and vitality. As a consequence, weight maintenance and weight
loss become an effortless and natural way of feeling, thinking
and being.
The 12 week programme includes:
1. Psychotherapy: to explore and develop awareness around the
causes of weight problems, eating disorders and poor body image.
2. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to reduce food cravings,
negative emotions and improve motivation.
3. Dynamic Chi Kung Exercises: to tone your body shape, boost
your metabolism and burn fat.
4. Ear Acupuncture and magnet therapy to detoxify the digestive
organs, control appetite and reduce food cravings.
5. Small groups for maximum results and focused attention.
6. Comprehensive week by week guide.
7. Two hours per week

The sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 -
8.30pm in Highgate, London
