The Energy Heart, or Heart of Energy, is the great generator at the centre of the basic human energy system.

Unlike in older oriental approaches, in Modern Energy the Energy Heart is a super system and structurally meta to systems such as the digestive or reproductive systems.

The Energy Heart is one of the three super systems that form the Triad Model in Modern Energy.

Almost all Modern Energy methods start and end in the Heart Postion.
