EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), which is also known as "tapping" was first developed in the 1990s by Gary Craig from California USA. By tapping on meridian points your experience of emotions changes.

In 1998, Silvia Hartmann and Chrissie Hardisty setup this organisation The GoE to be the first professional body certifying professional practitioners.

After Gary Craig announced his retirement, Silvia Hartmann and GoE trainers developed the technique further into what became known as "Energy EFT" which is what we teach today in our flagship "EFT Master Practitioner Training" course. One of the main advances with Energy EFT, is that we build up positive emotions rather than just dissipating negative ones.
