The Guild of Energists (GoE) is delighted to announce an inspiring new milestone — 4,002 people have now been trained in the Modern Energy Tapping Foundation course by our dedicated GoE Trainers around the world!

This achievement marks a significant moment in the growth and reach of Modern Energy Tapping (MET), a powerful and uplifting evolution of classic EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Since its creation by Silvia Hartmann, this course has helped thousands of people learn how to release stress, raise energy, and create positive emotional states for success, creativity, and wellbeing.

About the Course

Originally known as Energy EFT Foundation, the Modern Energy Tapping Foundation course offers a practical and comprehensive introduction to energy work. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to enhance their own emotional wellbeing or begin helping others on their energy journey.

Through four dynamic and interactive units, participants learn how to:

• Understand and apply the SUE Scale to track energy flow
• Use Modern Energy Tapping Points and techniques for self-improvement
• Transform problems into solutions using positive tapping approaches
• Work with energy in pairs, groups, and even by proxy
• Harness the power of nature, colour, and creativity for emotional balance

The course is often completed in a single day and serves as an ideal springboard to professional-level trainings such as Modern Energy Tapping Professional or Energy EFT Master Practitioner.

Silvia Hartmann, one of the original developers of energy tapping, has been a pioneer in the field since 1998.
