But I still have an internal translator... and so do you. Your brain is constantly interpreting tones, looks, moments, and memories... not based on reality but based on your inner world. Your emotional history becomes the dictionary. Your memories become the grammar. And the world you see gets filtered through everything you lived, feared, survived, or rehearsed. That’s why two people can experience the same moment and walk away with two completely different stories. You’re not reacting to life. You’re reacting to what your brain believes life means.
