Notice how I said it with meaning. If I had not genuinely meant that promise to my body, I know from over 20 years of client experience that it would not have worked. EFT Tapping has been found to have some kind of effect on part of the cell connected with inflammation. More research needs to be done, but I have seen it work too many times not to believe it. After this tapping, I was able to bend my knee further at the gym, all the way. EFT Tapping is amazing when applied correctly in a very specific way.
