Robert Gene Smith has posted a YouTube video:
Let me say something that might surprise you. Tapping won't solve your problems. I know. Coming from me that sounds strange. But here's the truth... Tapping is not the solution. Tapping is the tool you use to reach the real problem. Which is memories. How you process them. How you feel them. How you see yourself and your world through the filter of everything that happened to you. That is what changes. That is the key. And one of the most powerful things that shifts when the memories change is forgiveness. Not the kind you decide to feel. Not the kind you perform because you think you should. The kind that happens because the charge behind the memory simply isn't there anymore. Phyllis wrote four or five pages about her first marriage. Ten years of abuse. Physical, emotional, every way you can imagine. She was afraid to tackle it alone. So she went to a practitioner on December 12th. By Christmas she looked at her calendar and saw she had gone to a session on the 12th. She had zero recollection of why she even went. Not suppressed. Not avoided. Gone. And to this day, she carries no malice toward her ex-husband. She calls him one of her biggest teachers. She thanks him every day for the way he treated her because it forced her to go deeper into herself than she ever would have gone otherwise. She even told her son who is struggling with his own pain right now... "You will get to a point where you thank your dad for this pain. I know you can't see that now. But you will." That is not a performance of forgiveness. That is what actually happens when the memory loses its charge. This is what eutaptics FasterEFT does at its deepest level. Not coping. Not reframing. Changing the memory itself. Here's my free 5-day eutaptics FasterEFT course: https://linktr.ee/robertgenesmith This is where it all begins.
