She had a medically confirmed walnut allergy. Severe. The kind where you carry an EpiPen everywhere because without it, exposure could be fatal. We sat down in Oklahoma โ this was the early days and we worked through it. Addressed the memories the brain had been holding. Tapped all the way through. She didn't test it that day. You don't do that. You let the body catch up in its own time. Years later she went back for a routine allergy test. Not allergic to walnuts anymore. The test confirmed it. I'm not sharing this as a guarantee. Every person is different, every history is different, and medical allergies should always be taken seriously. But this is a true story. And it matters because it points to something most people never consider. The allergy wasn't in the walnut. It was in what the brain had decided the walnut meant. Change that thinking, change the memory underneath it and the body gets a new set of instructions. The brain made it. The brain let it go.
