Aired on Limerick Today in Ireland, host Joe Nash chats to Ber about what effect the leaving exam has on students, and asks "How much stress does the leaving certificate cause?" The Irish Leavers Exam is the final year exams for teenagers, this decides what college course they can attend. Ber writes : 'There is massive pressure for them to get a certain number of points or they don't get the place on the course they want.' The process of studying for exams and results day, can lead to high levels of stress in both students and their familes. In this heartfelt interview Ber Collins draws on her Modern Stress Management training to talk about how to deal with this stress, how to help those going through the process, and provides helpful techniques that everyone can use in a time of crisis.
