A Case Story - Grief & Shoulder Pain

My client was in her 50's. She had been feeling distraught about her general health. Feeling that it is deteriorating and limiting her lifestyle.

When I checked her energy. Her face was sad, shoulders and arms were heavy and hands buzzy. Chest was heavy and anxious. She was a -6 on the SUE Scale.

I tapped on her health stress. It made her feel more relaxed. I asked about her responsibilities as her shoulders were heavy. She replied that she had spent 10 years caring for her aged mum and the last 2 years she was bedridden. It was a responsibility she took upon herself when her siblings wanted to place her in a retirement centre.

It turns out that her mother's passing was only 2 to 3 years ago. In other words she is still in grief. I have noted that often caregivers tend to take on the pain of their loved ones. Seeing her mother deteriorated before her eyes had also made her feel that her own health is going down with age.

I tapped on self appreciation. As her siblings did not do so since she took on the responsibility. I tap on how she was a good daughter who gave her mum all the love and care in her last days on earth. That she died happy and loved. I said as a dutiful daughter she needs to give herself credit and a pat on her back even if she felt others did not. Her grief and sadness left her as she found closure. She was now able to smile and look more cheerful.+3

I tap on 'freedom energy' that she deserves to go on her year end holiday as she felt she was too unhealthy to do so.

I tap on more 'healthy energy'. Her energy shot up to +8.

I tapped the 'healing Heart of Gold energy' and she was a +10.

The result of our session was a complete change in how she felt about her health. She was so energised and she said she would have given me a hug if we were not online. I replied, 'Just give me an energy hug'.

Three days later I text inquiring  on how she is? She replied that she is feeling more energetic and going on a holiday. Also a bonus is her shoulder pain of one and half years has disappeared!
