Energy Playtime with Wendy Birse

From 6.30 - 8.30 p.m. energists and people becoming familiar with their energy systems gather to expand their awareness and have fun experiencing the effects of connecting with their energy bodies, feeling what that's like and learning how to incorporate that into their everyday lives.  Using all five physical senses and the sixth sense we play with sound, colour, words, pictures, asking 'where do we feel that in our bodies?' and exploring techniques to move us up the SUE scale.  £2 donation to costs, bring water to drink.
