I am a woman on a mission; to ensure that kids grow up in happy homes filled with love and fun.

My unique experiences in my childhood have given me an insight into problems being faced by Mums everywhere especially those who have had a less than idyllic childhood. Twenty years ago I was filled with anger, sadness and fear and finding it very difficult to be the Mum I knew my kids needed me to be.  The stress and strain of motherhood together with the memories from my past were overwhelming.

Putting one foot in front of the other to give my children what I felt I missed out on, I found that I began to feel better as I became a very conscious mum ensuring the kids had all the love, fun and support they needed to grow up into the happy adults they are today. When I realised that it was not only possible to heal from even the most awful experiences but to actually feeling really happy again,  I decided that I wanted to help other mums who want to heal and let go of their past.

I now work specifically with clients who are committed to moving forward, helping them become the mum to their kids that they want to be so that they too can create homes filled with love, fun and happiness.  I’m so passionate about sharing what I have learnt that I have put my soul into a book called “Every Mum has Magic Kisses”.

My healing took place over a long period of time but I discovered that it doesn’t have to be this way. Training in a unique range of Holistic Therapies including (among others) Time Line Therapy, Reiki and EFT has allowed me to work quickly, painlessly and easily with my clients helping them get the results I got but in a much shorter period of time.

These complementary therapies are so effective that I went on to qualify as a Licensed Trainer and I now deliver Holistic Therapy Courses in Co. Clare catering for all of Limerick and Munster so that others can learn to do what I do.
