Turkish Earthquake Support - Coaching for Group Leaders

GoE Trainers Cumasiye Ozgur, Funda Saraç and Sandra Hillawi met recently for a coaching session on how to work with large groups to help anxiety issues following the devastating earthquakes in Turkey. Funda who is actively working in the Earthquake region had a group of 50 University students to lead and wanted to discuss some ideas.

We recorded the session for other Energists working with groups. There are some nice ideas for exercises and a journey through which could take place over 1 or 2 meetings.

Eğitmenler Cumasiye ve Funda ve ben bugün deprem sonrası kaygı sorunlarına yardımcı olmak için büyük gruplarla nasıl çalışılacağı konusunda bir koçluk seansı için bir araya geldik. Deprem bölgesinde aktif olarak görev yapan Funda, 50 kişilik bir üniversite öğrenci grubunu yönetti ve bazı fikirleri tartışmak istedi.

Gruplarla çalışan diğer Enerjiciler için oturumu kaydettik. Alıştırmalar ve 1 veya 2 toplantıdan oluşan bir yolculuk için bazı güzel fikirler var.
