'I had trouble concentrating and focussing my mind. Also felt blocked about expressing myself.'

I'd heard about EFT and EMO and thought I'd book a telephone consultation to try it out. I'm an accountant and whenever I had to analyse and evaluate several options I just had a block and couldn't do it.

It was almost as if I didn't have the confidence and stopped rather than try then find out I'd failed.

I felt the block in my head and I also had a tightness in my abdomen.

Sandra guided me by phone using EMO, softening the energy in the head and the abdomen, and I felt it flow out of my body. I was surprised to then find how much more comfortable and at ease I was with applying my mind to these analytical problems afterwards.

We also looked at where I felt blocked when trying to express myself to people. This tightness was in the chest with a second block in the head. We softened them again, the energy flowed out of the body and amazingly, I felt so much more at ease, flowing and confident afterwards.

'My husband had an affair. I was heart broken and couldn't eat because of this knot in my stomach'

When he told me it literally broke my heart and since then I've had this knot in my stomach and have been unable to eat properly for 3 weeks.

We used EMO, simply softening the pain I felt in my heart at the memory of him telling me. The energy softened and started to flow upwards. I felt a bit sick, but we continued and it eased and I felt the energy then flow up and out of my head. The pain in my chest had gone, amazing!

But I still had the knot in my stomach, when I thought about food. But once again, we softened this blocked energy in the stomach and it just flowed down and out of my body. I was completely amazed at how good I felt. I still had an issue about trusting my husband though. I felt that lack of trust in my stomach again, but after softening and releasing it with EMO I felt really free. And all that took only 40 minutes ' and I might add, very discretely, in a bar!!

The next morning I felt so light, like a cloud had been lifted from me, in fact, I've never felt better in my life! I love my husband very much and we are now both committed to rebuilding our relationship.

Releasing Emotions Linked To Skin Cancer

This lady came in to work on releasing emotions which she felt were linked to her skin cancer. She had been 'abandoned' by her father at age 9 and had had a number of unsuccessful relationships with men during her life. She said that she felt she never really got over her father leaving and that somehow she wasn't good enough for him. She had had a surgery to remove the primary tumour from behind her right shoulder and had secondaries which she was shrinking through natural methods, under her right arm.

Since her father leaving was the first major 'energetic injury' she had we tuned into that first. There was a lump in her chest (with lots of tears) which she softened and it moved to her throat, solidifying again. We softened it some more and the energy was moving into the right shoulder but seemed to solidify again, a very hard kernel and softer but still tight energy around it.

While we were softening this she had a fear that somehow she would be bringing out another cancer there by this focus. This fear was in her throat, we softened and cleared it, then returned to behind the shoulder. This mass of energy was now softer. We worked on the kernel and energy seemed to want to flow down the arm but stopped before the elbow.

There was a solid blockage all the way down the forearm, no flow at all there. We softened this and restored the flow through the arm and out. I felt this was a major breakthrough for her, to have a channel which could now carry this energy out. With some more softening of the kernel in the shoulder which was now getting easier, the flow continued down the arm until it was all clear.

Returning to the issue of her father brought up some more aspects and emotion, again in her throat which we softened and they released down the arm. She did feel some energies going down and getting stuck where her secondary tumours were. (More to do at next visit). But when we went back to the father leaving at age 9, she was now feeling clear and calm about it all.

The client found it quite 'spooky' that the hard energy blocks were at the site of her primary tumour and surgery.

We have scheduled further sessions to work on subsequent emotional episodes in the client's life that she feels are significant.

With EMO we can 'see' the energetic injuries and repair them directly.
