Welcome to the July 2014 edition of The Energist ejournal
Dear fellow energists!
Summertime is in full swing and the living is exciting!
I have just come back from giving an interview about the new Master Energist program, and I'm excited not just about the future, but how far we have come in such a short time.
It's wonderful that you are out there, somewhere in the world, getting up in the mornings and asking yourself, what can I do today to make the world a better place? And set to "work" on your inspiring projects, created with energy in mind, with love in the heart - think about it. It's amazing.
I am so proud of all of us who are doing this. The vast majority of us have come from difficult circumstances, not laden with riches, not born into a supportive dynasty and so many times, each one of us was the only one in the community who had any inkling that energy was real.
It's been a tough ride but we didn't give up, and we are seeing, quite practically, the results of our dedication and hard work everywhere.
I think it's good once in a while to stop, to remember what it used to be like, and what we're doing now. How different it is in every conceivable way. And you know what? I think this is exponential and it will speed up faster than any of us are expecting!
So do take a moment. Reflect on your aspects and what they went through to get you here, and send them your heartfelt love and admiration across time and space. Breathe deeply, call upon their amazing strength and support and feel that wave power you into the future.
And the future is closer than we think - oh, look, here it is! :-)
Alright! So I'm over the moon, literally, about The Energist having materialised in the hard. I am loving the #energistselfies some of you have sent in already, it's so wonderful to see real people, all over the world, our fellow energists!
Send yours and add yourself, let folk see you and love you and send you extra energy for your endeavours.
And on the topic of endeavours, let's put our energetic hands together and give our trainer and all round wonderful lady energist Sally Canning a big round of astral applause, so she can feel it, on her achievement!
She was nominated for the National Women Inspiring Women Award in the Trainer / Speaker category, and then won the award in the public votes!
Finally, on the topic of putting our energies together and thus having more effect than the sum of our parts, or aspects, even :-) I'd like to remind us of the World Energy Event, 8.8. at 8pm.
It's a great opportunity to "bring energy and inspiration into the hard" and do something that is the right thing for each individual energist, to celebrate the sheer joy and amazement, the awe of the energy worlds.
Get your calendar out and mark it now. In true energetic spirit, you can be anywhere, doing anything at that time - and you can still take part and add YOUR ENERGY AND YOUR INTENTION to let the world wake up to the truth of love.
Now, here's the latest news from the GoE team.
Have a wonderful time, keep high, the morning banners are flying!
With summer sunshine wishes from the UK,
- Silvia Hartmann, GoE Chair

We are delighted to announce that one of our Trainers, the wonderful Sally Canning, has won the prestigious National Women Inspiring Women Award in the Trainer / Speaker category.
The nominations were chosen by the Damsels In Success team, with the nominees then going to a public vote. Sally fought off tough competition but came out on top to claim the award at the Annual Women Inspiring Women National Awards event in Birmingham, England earlier this month.
t sounds like the evening was a great success, not only for Sally. Michelle Clarke from Damsels in Success 'Heart' Quarters writes: “Wow! What an amazing evening we had on Saturday night at the Women Inspiring Women National Awards! It is beyond words.
“A huge thank you to all of you who nominated, voted, and joined us to celebrate in style ... you are a gift to everyone that took part.
“The combination of everyone's amazing energy meant the vibration in the room was off the scale - it was phenomenal to see you all connecting, collaborating and becoming part of this incredible community.”
I'm sure you will all join us in sending Sally a great big well-done!

Positive EFT & HeartMath Featured In Online Event
AMT Trainer John Staples writes:HeartMath and Positive EFT work elegantly together. HM is focused on the heart and using it’s capability to set our systems into coherence which allows us to operate at our highest and best moment to moment. When we are coherent we are gaining energy and increasing our resilience. HM is totally based on the positive.
The two core practices in HM are “Heart Focused Breathing” and “Quick Coherence”. HFB is just that. We turn our attention to our heart and imagine we are breathing in and out of our heart. Quick Coherence follows HFB by installing the feeling of a previous positive experience and holding that feeling for at least 20 seconds.
I am sure you can see the parallel. We put a HFB between each tapping point installing the positive emotion we have chosen. We start with the heart and end with the heart ala Silvia Hartmann’s protocol. I am blending the two methods in any way that feels natural and seamless.”
John's presentation and many others form the “Discover the Joy Within” online free event which is available by clicking here.
In this case story, Positive EFT Practitioner and ballroom dancer Carna Zacharias-Miller shows how she used the technique to boost her performance on the professional ballroom dancing circuit. The article was originally published in the Summer issue of The Energist print journal.
Carna writes: I am a EFT Master Practitioner and I have been using classic, original EFT for many years, including tapping on myself for peak performance in dancing.
When Silvia Hartmann's book ‘Positive EFT’ was published last year, I was eager to test that interesting approach.
In order to get a clear idea of the effectiveness, I decided at that time to use Positive EFT only for myself, and specifically to help improve my dancing.
It was late in life when I got around to doing something about my longstanding desire to be able to dance. I always had the limiting belief that I, unlike other people, could never, ever do this.
So one day, I bravely crossed the threshold of a studio and started taking lessons. I loved it from the first day on and, within two years, have become a dedicated Ballroom/Latin dancer who now regularly participates in competitions.
A great Classic EFT case story from GoE Practitioner Kathryn Pearson. In this article Kathryn explains how she took EFT in to her local school in Sheffield, UK, to help teenage girls with exam and general life stress. This article was first featured in the Summer 2014 edition of The Energist print journal.
Kathryn writes: It was my at-the-time trainer and mentor Sally Canning who first suggested I could combine my real job teaching at a secondary school, with my new dream job of being an EFT practitioner.
I quickly dismissed it. I didn’t want anything from my past interfering with my new found passion and joy!
Then over time, again and again, the more people I told about EFT, the more it got suggested, ‘you should get that into schools! Practice it on your students!' It wasn’t until I’d completed my training that I began to see how right they were.
I was surrounded by needy children; despondent girls with low self-confidence who were beating themselves up about every minor detail of their lives, attention-seeking senseless boys, so desperate for attention they would stop at nothing to get it!
Children who were affected by losses of family members or friends, illnesses, bullying, stress, the list goes on and on.
We hope you've enjoyed this month's edition of The Energist enewsletter. As always, please do get in touch if you have relevant news or articles for future editions. We love to hear from you!
Wishing you a wonderful rest of July,
