Anxiety: How can I stop feeling anxious all the time?

Many people think that anxiety and feeling anxious all the time is one of those things you just have to learn to live with, like stress, a part of normal living in the 21st century. Today, we have new solutions to the problem of anxiety. 

In Modern Energy we understand that anxiety isn't in your head, it's actually in your body. Feeling anxious has direct physical sensations that are an indicator something is wrong - in you energy body. 

People who are anxious all the time suffer from an advanced form of energy body stress. 

Rathar than thinking in terms of curing anxiety forever, we need to think in terms of MODERN STRESS MANAGEMENT which includes the energy body. 

Treating people who are getting anxious too quickly, too often and too profoundly requires a two pronged approach. 

No. 1 is to understand the Energy Body Chart and learn what causes energy to go up (feeling better) and to go down (starting to feel anxious). 

No. 2 is to learn the basic techniques of Modern Stress Management to stabilise as soon as possible, and to get out of feeling anxious into better emotions and feelings. 

If feeling anxious isn't a big problem, it can be dealt with in self help by using the simple method of Positive EFT. 

If being anxious all the time really does present a big problem in your life, and/or you suffer from real panic attacks, please contact a modern energist who specialises in Modern Stress Management. 

They will help you discover a treatment plan for your anxiety which is practical and will work for you. 

Changing emotions reliably and easily is something that was unheard of before the late 1980s; but since then, brilliant breakthroughs have been had, especially in the field of modern energy, and now you really do not have to suffer from anxiety all the time and there's nothing you can do any longer. 

Start by practising Positive EFT and find out how you can turn anxiety into totally different feelings quickly and reliably.
