EmoTrance In Perspective

When I was learning about NLP Neurolinguistic Programming, there was an ongoing joke, or perhaps it was ongoing PAIN, I'm not so sure - namely the question as to "WHAT *IS* NLP?!"

We used to spend ages making up these preposterous explanations, and the reason why they were so preposterous was that we really couldn't come up with a simple sentence to explain to someone "off the street" just what it was, why it was useful and why they would be better off AFTER attending an NLP seminar than they would have been before.

So I'm hoping and praying that it will be easier to explain what EmoTrance is.

I'd say it is a method to brighten people's spirits.

That's a good elevator pitch, don't you think?

You meet someone and they ask what you do, and you say, "Oh, I'm an EmoTrance master."

They say, rather cautiously, "What's THAT?"

And you say, "I brighten people's spirits. I make them happy."

That'll get you at least a laugh and then another question, "HOW do you do that?"

At which point we could say, "Well, you know when people are depressed? Weight of the world on their shoulders, burdens on their back, an old love pain pressing the joy out of their heart? We soften that and make it flow away. It's easy if you know how. Feels incredible, too ..."

And it is - EmoTrance IS incredibly easy, amazingly simple and it really DOES brighten people's spirits, makes them feel better in the moment and also more long term, about themselves as they begin to understand that what used to trouble them wasn't their fault, it was an injury that had not healed properly and gave them jip and many symptoms.

The reason that EmoTrance is so easy to do and so easy to explain is because it comes out of a different world view. A different paradigm, if you want, a different way of thinking about how the universe works, and you could say a MUCH MORE REALISTIC way.

When things are right, they ARE easy and straightforward, like round wheels and such.

A thing like an egg, or our round wheel, is robust. It WORKS and it does exactly what it is supposed to do, every time.

These things should always be our inspiration and guideline towards which we should put all our creative endeavours and our scientific explorations - to find something as elegant and perfect as an egg and that performs all its functions as well as that, too.

But EmoTrance and all its many absolutely fascinating techniques, tools, and its veritably ENDLESS applications in every aspect of human life, work, play, interaction is really just the tip of the iceberg.

With a true paradigm shift, EVERYTHING changes, and EVERYTHING becomes open for innovation, forward movement and improvement once again, even things that we thought could never change at all.

EmoTrance does not come out of nowhere, or exists in a vacuum; it is simply an APPLICATION of a principle based on the Enchanted World - a living universe which we were born to partake in FULLY and for which we are amazingly well adapted, well designed and supposed to function in perfect harmony with.

The more we humans learn to "clear the doors of our perception" and the more of the old cages of entrainment we can let go off, the more we can see, the more we can understand and the more we can DO with all of that.

EmoTrance itself is a tool, a simple structure to create EXPERIENCES and FEEDBACK from true reality in such a way that we can conceptualise it, understand it, talk about it and INTEGRATE what we've learned into our lives - all the time, and everywhere.

It is a doorway through which people can find their way BACK to the enchanted universe, which made us and of which we are an integral part in all ways.

This isn't dogma, nor is it speculation; it's a simple fact and actually occurring REALITY.

We've got so very much to learn - to re-learn, to un-learn and to discover for the very first time.

Do remember that EmoTrance is just a stepping stone, a device to help us learn about our own true universe in a very personal fashion.

Use it, enjoy it and most of all, remember that it is ONLY THE BEGINNING.
