EMO Live On Russell Grant Show - Insomnia

Two minutes isn't exactly all the time in the world for a full on energy healing treatment, but that's no deterrent for Silvia Hartmann or for EMO - the easiest, simplest and possibly most effective energy healing method in the World.

Deborah suffers from insomnia - a problem that is very disturbing and can have many different causes.

But with EMO, we simply ask, "How does it feel when you can't go to sleep?" and pay attention to what the client says and more importantly, how they show us with their bodies and their hands where the problems lie.

Deborah answered the question like this:

"Ah my thoughts go round and round, faster and faster ..." (makes circulating movements with both hands in front of her forehead) "... until I get this pressure in my head ..." (slides hands over head, left hand lets go and right hand continues on to the neck) "...and
then my neck hurts bad ..." (shows with her right hand a lump on the back of
her neck!!) "... and it's just terrible, I can't sleep, I writhe around trying to get comfortable but it's no use ... and I get
headaches ..."

I was really fascinated that in that one sentence, Deborah had explained everything perfectly and showed us both what the problem was, where the blockage was situated, and actually how the discomfort and pain came into being for real.

All the information was there and as time was very short, I said:

"Your thinking makes energy that gets trapped inside your head and needs to go out there through your neck where it is blocked. So the pressure builds up, becomes more and more uncomfortable and then you get real pain.

"We need to release this energy block in your neck and as it is only energy, we can make it soften and move with our combined intention.

"I soften it from the outside, you from the inside, see if we can get this to flow a bit. Ok?"

"Ok."

The energy flow started up virtually right away, helped along by my hands, by Deborah's attention and concentration, and simply the fact that it WANTED AND NEEDED very much to move down her shoulder and down her back.

Deborah felt the energy move and tingle and I certainly did too; the hairs on the back of my arms stood up as some of that pent up energy began to flow.

Once again, we had really very little time, and what time there was, was constantly interrupted and broken up by armies of floor staff moving us here and there; however I did get to advise Deborah that she might try to replicate the sensation of my hand on her back by using warm water from a shower or such prior to going to bed (as this naturally flows downwards with gravity and makes it very easy to support then the energy flow in the same direction with your intention, even if you have never done any such energy work before in your life).

Deborah remarked that in the past she had often done this intuitively and that she was pleased to have been on the right track herself.

I was really very pleased with this short but useful encounter; I've had time pressure before in such public demonstrations but that was the first time I had done EMO under such difficult conditions and it had acquitted itself most superbly.

The fact that there is really no need at all for lengthy investigations or digging around in the past and just simply to completely follow WHAT THE CLIENT IS REALLY FEELING is probably the most wonderful quality of ET. It makes it so friendly, easy, acceptable and simply NATURAL to do - there's the pressure, here's the lump in the neck, here's my hand, energy can be moved with our intention and we have a beginning of a change right there, even if you only have two minutes.

I'm really pleased I was curious enough to take up this "two minute energy healing challenge" - EMO did sterling well and you never know! There may come a time when we might even have ten minutes or more for a public demonstration, and then a great many people who might want to have a go with energy healing but thought it was too difficult or took too long to learn, would have an opportunity to try ET for and on themselves, and make up their own minds if this might be something really useful for them.
