My Top Tips how to make the most of our virtual conference!

Hello! I'm Silvia Hartmann, and I want to share with you today my personal top tips to make the most out of our first ever virtual conference!

Now the first thing to understand is that in order to have a real virtual conference, we need to approach this with the mindset that we are actually attending a conference.

Our physical bodies might be in many different locations in time and space, but our energy bodies can come together at the energy levels and create a marvellous powerfield that uplifts us all, that evolves us and can do so much more – if we play our cards right!

So the very first tip is – approach the presentations with the powerful intention to really take part, to be there, to move beyond the screen and into that space of connection and energy.

You can use the Heart Position to help stabilise yourself, and immerse in the experience.

My next tip is to do the presentations and the exercises in the right order and sequence. Don't hop, skip and jump around – there is a building wave of energy that weaves its way through the entire experience, and you can rise on that wave to go much higher if you go with the flow!

Now, to the all important exercises!

The fact is that the more attention you pay, the more you are rewarded with really great experiences!

Allow yourself to get into it, to become immersed. If you are by yourself, you can do the partner exercises in Sanctuary – that's a marvellous way to get amazing energy experiences, and at the end of the day, it's all about energy!

Allowing yourself to get involved is what it's all about – this is what makes a virtual conference work, this is what creates a global group bubble of mutual support, love, and the powerfully uplifting inspiration we each need to get to the next level.

The more real you can allow yourself to make this, the more wonderful and rewarding your experiences will become.

My final tip is this.

We all “watch” a lot of things every day.

Make our virtual conference special.

Turn of that mobile phone. Disable all the bing bong notifications just for half an hour at a time.

Light a candle, light some incense if you like. Dim the lights. Get excited, get into the right state so you can not only receive the energy from the presenters and the participants, but add your own energy to the ball of light that will expand and love the Earth and all who live here.

Add your presence, add your intention, add your love.

And something simply marvellous will arise.
