Being highly skilled at understanding and using metaphor would convey a significant range of advantages in various aspects of life, both personal and professional. Here are some key benefits:

Yes, that's a good start. Being able to de-code metaphor has all these advantages.

But ... there's more!

I would say that being metaphor proficient is a great preparation for the afterlife. That's definitely a bonus.

What I am particularly interested in at the moment is the idea that we are supposed to have 50% of our Star Events of lived experience in physical reality, and 50% of our Star Events in the other realms, the energy worlds, those realms that use that language, in order to be able to understand the bigger picture of humanity's existence.

At this point in my reserch, I have come to the conclusion that the next step in human evolution has to be the mapping of the other realms consciously. Not in order to create a separate map; but to combine the maps into something that is more than the sum of their parts.

We have all been a part of an experiment to find out if things get better when we drive the "other mind" underground and try to do our human activities based on the conscious maps alone.

As I look at the state of humanity on this fine day in the May of 2025, I would say we have the results. As in,

"Well, that didn't work ..."

We can't go back to the Garden of Eden, before humans developed their new conscious operating system. Our brains grew to accomodate this, and like all children with a new toy, we became fascinated with it, and used it for all manner of things it was never meant to be used for.

We need to go forward now, and I propose we go forward by entering consciously into the other realm, learn its ways, add its all important information to expand our maps and our explorations into what being a human being is all about.

That's what Project Sanctuary always was and still is - the pathway towards bringing our split minds back together, so we can use our human intelligence, which is really something quite remarkable, for our human well being.

Project Sanctuary has the answer to "how" - enter as a child would, and learn through direct interaction with those environments, aka play the game.

Project Sanctuary started in 1993, and is still running in 2025. The official version, SuperMind, was published in 2016. In 2019, we got Star Matrix, and the huge threshold shift, the huge realisation - in the Plus Ten energy states, every human being has experienced the re-unification of their own minds into the SuperMind already!

That's a huge game changer (pun intended!). This is no longer about some strange, mystical thing that only the fewest of the few somehow experience, and all the rest of the unwashed masses can never hope to attain.

We have already have attained, and many times, at that! It's how we are supposed to think, right here, right now! The hardware is there, it's working perfectly, and the proof is lived experience - the Star Dreams.

So, that's why metaphor matters. It doesn't just make you smarter, it takes you in the right direction towards a future evolution that is desperately wanting to be happening.

You, me, and everyone else who has ever had a Star Dream - and that would be all of us.

When you regain your agency of metaphor, you can take out serious blockages that preclude evolution, particularly when it comes to operating metaphors that are often the basis of entire schools of thoughts, philosophies, or how sciences are conducted. 

Here is an example of evolving an operating metaphor that got people stuck for over 2000 years. 

Escape From Plato's Cave

The philosopher has f*cked off, and the chained ones remain, watching the shadows. But then they hear the beat of a drum, and they begin to notice that this does not match the shadow's movements on the wall at all.

They discuss this, trying to find an explanation but there isn't one, and the drum beat is getting louder, the divergence between the shadows and the drumbeat now completely irreconcilable. Not only that, they're starting to talk, gesture to the beat of the drum which they can hear and feel but cannot see - obviously.

These movements begin to crack the chains, rusted as they are after over 2000 years of imprisonment there, and soon enough, the guys are up on their feet, dancing, moving, and eventually turning around to see the mechanical puppet theatre and the fire - but the drum is outside ... and so they leave, and there it is, the hilltop showing the night valley with a silver river and the stars and moon above ...
