The Expanded Energy Chart

An emergency generator in the energy system kicks into action and causes a massive flare up - a temper tantrum, an outburst of rage, going beserk on a battle field, finding inordinate strength as a last resort which can only be sustained for a very short time. 

People have been mis-using this emergency system since time immemorial because it seems it's so much easier to stress people into those energy levels than to uplift them into the higher ranges.

Over the millennia, there have been spontaneous outbursts of people being uplifted to the right side of the Stress Chart, and whenever that happens, humanity takes a leap forward. 

There are a lot of interesting things about the energy chart, I might comment on it further in future.

Meantime, if you are teaching or working with Modern Stress Management MSM, make sure that folk understand that emergency power boost - and the crash that follows it. 

Every time it happens, it takes the energy system longer to recover from it. Physical symptoms will also become exacerbated. 

Eventually, there may be no recovery at all and people die of strokes and heart attacks. 

Use this emergency system literally only as the absolute last resort. For the rest of the time, go towards the +10 if you need more energy.

It's saner and a whole lot healthier. x

Born in Germany in 1959, Silvia Hartmann has lived and worked in the United Kingdom since 1978. Hartmann is the developer and primary designer of Energy EFT, Positive EFT, Project Sanctuary, The Genius Symbols, EMO Energy In Motion, Events Psychology and Modern Stress Management.

In 1998, Silvia Hartmann co-founded The Guild of Energists, the world's first certifying body for modern energy work and wrote the world's first book on EFT "Adventures in EFT: The Essential Guide to Emotional Freedom Techniques" (DragonRising, 1998), which remained the only available book on EFT until 2001, went through 8 editions and was finally replaced in 2010 by Energy EFT.

To this day, Silvia Hartmann continues to lead the GoE as chairperson and to evolve the Third Field of modern energy work. In 2011, Hartmann created the EFT Master Practitioner Training. In 2016, Hartmann created the Energy EFT Foundation Course.
